Who are we?

We are three psychotherapists;
Rosemary Bodiam, Caroline Elliott and Alexander Haines.

We have extensive trainings and experience, and work across the Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Battle, Cranbrook and Rye areas. We provide counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, groups; for adults and adolescents, as well as supervision for other therapists.

We have come together into a group practice to work effectively and to your best advantage. Working together, we can find what might be the most beneficial approach for you.

Why consider counselling, psychotherapy and analysis?

Are you struggling with relationships? Or perhaps depressed? Wrestling with life experiences that feel overwhelming? What might be the best way to help you with these issues? It could it be one to one counselling or psychotherapy, couples work or a therapy group. It may be best to come to therapy once a week, or more often. All of this can be explored in discussion with us.

Why come to us?

Because we have trained in leading institutions in counselling, psychotherapy and analysis.  We have years of experience in the NHS, social services, the professions, corporate life, in the UK and abroad, as well as in private practice, statutory and voluntary organisations.

As a group practice, we can think together about the best way to work with each person who comes to us.
